Reservation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Credit card is used for guarantee only.
• Credit card will not be charged unless it is a “no
  show”.
• During low season: if cancellation is made after 18:00
  (6 pm – Jordan time) one day prior to arrival, one night room charge with additional
  services (if applicable) will be charged.
• During high season: if cancellation is made within
  72 hours prior to arrival, entire reservation with additional services (if applicable)
  will be charged.
• Check-in time is 14:00 (2 pm). If you will arrive before
  9:00, please book the room from the previous night. Early check-in can be given
  after 9:00, however it is subject to availability.
• Check-out time is 12:00 (noon). Late check-out will
  be charged 3 JD per hour. After 18:00, full room charged will be applied. However,
  late check-out is subject to availability.
